  • Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to verify, quality-check, and package your order before it is dispatched from our supplier network.
  • Delivery Estimates: Once your package is shipped, standard tracked delivery to any address in Ireland takes exactly 11 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Tracking Your Order: Every single order includes full door-to-door tracking. You will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a lookup link as soon as your package leaves the fulfillment center.
  • Customs & Import Duties: All applicable localized taxes and processing charges are handled upfront at checkout. You will never face surprise delivery fees or doorstep customs bills when your package arrives.
